MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE

Under an MSA (Master Services Agreement), you pay a fixed monthly fee for our services based on the size of your business and your specific needs (not including replacement hardware and software). This predictable pricing model makes it easy for you to budget for your IT needs and allows you to focus on running your business without worrying about unexpected expenses.

DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a part of your MSA (Master Services Agreement), you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will serve as your single point of contact for all enquiries. This personalised approach ensures that your primary contact is fully familiar with your business and its needs, as they’ve been with you from the start. Having your dedicated account manager helps to streamline communication and ensures that you always have someone who is knowledgeable and responsive to turn to for support.
